WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns/exchanges, however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

Unfortunately, Little Anime has a no cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered the creation process has already begun the moment your order has been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

WHAT IF I PUT IN MY WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email Thelittleanimeshop@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Little Anime is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS?

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece or damaged during shipment, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a brand new piece. However, after 14 days we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.

 CLOTHING ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept an exchange if requested more than 7 days after the purchase. LILANIME.COM orders may be returned by mail, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All clothing items with must have a tag still attached for an exchange. The return label will be paid for by the customer.
